Return Policy for Defective Merchandise

All Grant Saint John products are guaranteed 100% and will be replaced if you are not fully satisfied.

All Grant Saint John toner cartridges are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during its useful lifetime (until the toner is depleted). Grant Saint John will replace any defective cartridge.

Follow this simple procedure if you should receive a defective product:

1.	Call Grant Saint John at 1-800-833-1255
2.	You will receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from your your GSJ customer service representative.
3.	Grant Saint John will issue a UPS call tag for the defective product.
4.	Grant Saint John will ship the replacement product to you at no charge.
